It runs and runs and runs! A first, second, third and fourth rank this weekend!

Patrick Schelling beats Italy’s star Vincenzo Nibali at the GP Lugano UCI 1.1!

It was a really good weekend for Team Vorarlberg Santic. Jannik Steimle made a brilliant end to the criterion in Wartenberg (GER) on yesterday monday. He wins the well-stocked race and presents the team with the next victory. In second place Marcel Franz (GER/CT Radnet Rose) ahead of Fabian Danner (GER/erdgas Schwaben).

Schelling outstanding – shoulder to shoulder with Nibali!
Step by step had to tear class riders at the GP Lugano in Switzerland over 185 kilometers (3500 meters). In the end, four World Tour riders Ulissi, Riabushenko (both UAE Emirates), Matej Mahoric and Vincenzo Nibali (both Bahrain Merida) in front AND swiss Patrick Schelling from Team Vorarlberg Santic!
These also made the victory in the hard final. Ulissi wins ahead of Riabushenko and Mahoric. Patrick Schelling is sensational fourth as the only Continental rider far and wide! Nibali in fifth place. That was cycling with exclamation!
This was a very valuable and impressive result with many riders from the Giro d Italia!
