Strong fourth stage of Team Vorarlberg Cracks at the Tour du Loir et Cher UCI 2.2!

Team Vorarlberg goes on attack mode on fourth stage of Tour du Loir et Cher – Moran Vermeulen fourth at Tour of the Alps test on Hungerburg Castle

Things are moving forward for Stüssi, Amann and Co. On the fourth and longest stage over 198 with start and finish in Vernou-en-Sologne, the Vorarlberger Squad gave a strong sign of life. In the bunch sprint it was not enough for a top result. Nevertheless, it almost worked out for Colin Stüssi today.

Werner Salmen – Sports Director: “Today they rode really well and actively. Almost every group was occupied by us. After the hard previous days they were able to set accents themselves. We were partly with two riders in the escape group. The last six-man group with Colin was only put four kilometers before the finish – that almost fit today!”

The bunch sprint was won by Dutchman Jesper Rasch of Team Abloc.

Tomorrow, the last stage of the Tour with the finish area in Blois.
