Team Vorarlberg Santic rider Roland Thalmann back on top level – seventh place on the second Tour Alsace UCI 2.2 stage!

Today’s second stage in France from Vesoul to La Planche des Belles Filles over 143 kilometers showed a first sampling of the overall standings. After catching the lead, Davide “Bomber” Orrico attacks shortly before the finish. He storms solo towards the finish. But he is also overtaken by other riders.

Stage winner today Thomas Pidcock (GBR / Team Wiggins) ahead of Alexander Evans (AUS / SEG Racing). Already on the excellent seventh place of the Swiss Roland Thalmann!

Tomorrow we go to heaven! The third stage are the absolute king stage over 161 kilometers and almost 4972 (!) altitude difference! It says again “all in” for the overall ranking!
