What a final! Colin Stüssi finishes twelfth overall in the 29th Tour of Slovenia UCI 2nd Pro – Oscar Cabedo in 15th place – Team Vorarlberg convinces as a team
What a heartbeat finale the last stage from Vrhnika to Nove Mesto over 142 kilometers. The Slovenian Matej Mohoric (Bahrain-Victorios) won this stage in front of Tour overall winner Filippo Zana (ITA / Jayco-Alula). But also Team Vorarlberg was in the concert of the big ones today!
Colin Stüssi and Oscar Cabedo are again perfectly placed today by his team colleagues until the final. In the super steep final climb they were able to keep up with the best of the Tour and thus provided another exclamation mark. Colin Stüssi is 15th today, Oscar Cabedo 29th.
In the overall ranking they can defend their places 12 and 15 as best UCI Continental riders.
Colin Stüssi and Lukas Meiler are also fourth and fifth in the overall mountain classification. In the overall team ranking, Team Vorarlberg places tenth amidst the World Tour teams and UCI Pro teams.
All in all a very strong and above all united performance of Team Vorarlberg!
