What a strong result! Colin Stüssi becomes third of the Swiss Road Championships – Riccardo Zoidl on rank seven in Austria!
Austria: Riccardo Zoidl after a hard fight on rank seven!
The well-known classic circuit in Judendorf Straßengel over 175 kilometers was the venue of the national championships today. The numerous World Tour pros did not make it easy especially for Ricci Zoidl. In every group in which Zoidl was present, the BORA-hansgrohe pros let their legs hang. No leading group with Zoidl. Too big the respect. So they made the race so difficult that it was enough for seventh place for Riccardo Zoidl in the elimination race. Felix Großschartner won ahead of Patrick Gamper.

In the exciting final Stüssi had to admit defeat to the two compatriots Robin Froidevaux (Tudor) and Sebastian Reichenbach (Groupama-FDJ), but with rank Colin provided a sensational performance.
